I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Neuroscience (Favaloro University) and a Master’s degree in Social and Consumer Psychology (New York University).
In 2015/2016 I was President of the Association for Social and Consumer Psychology in NYC and in 2019/2020 I was Director of Global Shapers BA, an initiative of the World Economic Forum.
I am currently a founding partner of the DESPa consulting firm and a behavioral science consultant for the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank.
I’m a speaker at national and international events and I am an affiliate researcher at the San Andrés University Neuroscience Center.
I am also the Director of the Executive Customer Experience and Employee Experience courses at the University of San Andrés, Director of the Innovation Strategies course for the MBA at the UCA, and Associate Professor of Social Psychology at the Favaloro University.
